Original Collection: Wearable Art in Felt
Polly has asked me to represent her in selling a large collection of her felt work. These pieces were her teaching samples, and represent many years of her experimental work. The collection illustrates the depth and breadth of Polly’s work- including winter weight garments, nuno felt, calamari, panels, hats, scarves and unique yardage. Many of the pieces have been published in national textile periodicals. All works are one of a kind, hand felted (some are hand dyed) by Polly Stirling.
